This Court in a connected writ petition being W.P.(C) 3418/2025, has already quashed the appointment of the Ad hoc Committee constituted therein and is in the process of appointing retired High Court judge to conduct free and fair elections of the “Ski and Snowboard India”.

My attention has been drawn to an email dated 30.01.2026 at 09:53:15 PM addressed on behalf of the CEO of the Indian Olympic Association wherein while interpreting the judgment of this Court the adopted approach prima facie seems to be misleading and misquoting of the judgment.
