After some arguments, Mr. Sharawat, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, states that as far as prayer clause No. (a) is concerned, since the academic session for 2025-26 is over, the said prayer has become infructuous.

As regards the prayer clause No. (b), it is stated by Mr. Sharawat, that there is no approved course with the petitioner for the academic session 2025-26 and hence the show-cause notice dated 10.12.2025 is also a meaningless exercise.

As far as prayer clause No. (c) is concerned, he states that the application of the petitioner for extension of approval for its D. Pharm and B. Pharm courses for the year 2026-27 needs to be decided in view of the guidelines issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide Order dated 08.09.2025 passed in Civil Appeal No.9048 Of 2012.

Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, states that the same shall be decided expeditiously and in terms of the guidelines issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

The show-cause notice dated 10.12.2025 will not come in the way of deciding the application of the petitioner for the year 2026-27.

With these directions the petition is disposed of, along with all the pending applications, if any.
