We have perused the same. It transpires that respondent no.3 has been held to be qualified after duly taking into consideration the order dated 01.08.2022 of the Ministry of External Affairs (hereinafter, ‘MEA’) whereby, respondent no.3 was blacklisted only for the purposes of tendering in MEA.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner states he wishes to

He states that the petitioner be permitted to take out all the materials lying in the premises which is agreeable to the officer, namely Mr. Gunjan Gandhi, Joint Director, Department of Personnel and Training/respondent no.2.
