1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayers:

“a) Issue and order/writ directing the Respondent No. 1 to set aside/quash/cancel the bid quoted by Respondent No. 2 in NIT No. 14/EE/SWR-I/PWD/2025-26 dated 06.05.2025, being contrary to the Minimum Wages Act and to the terms of tender/NIT;

b) Issue an order/Writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India or any other appropriate writ, directing the Respondent No. 1 to award NIT No. 14/EE/SWR-I/PWD/2025-26 dated 06.05.2025 in favour of the Petitioner;

c) Issue a Writ and/or Writs in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1 to declare the Petitioner, as a successful bidder and quash the award of work under NIT No. 14/EE/SWRI/PWD/2025-26 dated 06.05.2025 to Respondent No. 2;

d) Issue an order/Writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the Respondent department, to reject the bid of Respondent No. 2, which is contrary to the terms of the tender in question and contrary to the observations made in WP(C)

Hence, the present writ petition is rendered infructuous.
