The present writ petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

“a. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondent No. 1 to forthwith declare the final result of the Petitioner for the post of Constable (Gd) in CAPFS, SSF, and Rifleman (Gd) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2025, bearing roll no. 2201082687 and registration no. 10019079375.

b. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner for appointment to the said post with all consequential benefits, including seniority and emoluments, from the date his result ought to have been declared, i.e., 15.01.2026.

c. Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, quashing the arbitrary, illegal, and unconstitutional action of the Respondents in withholding the Petitioner’s final result without assigning any specific, valid, or legally tenable reason.
