The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia , seeking directions to the Respondents to conduct the survey of the Petitioner and issue the Certificate of Vending (hereinafter, ‘CoV’) .

The case of the Petitioner is that he has been selling uncut fruits from a vending site near Shop No. 20, Barsurkar Market, near Yuwak Phal Sabsi Co-

On 31st July, 2025, the survey was concluded in the said area by the Town vending Committee. The case of the Petitioner is that he was unable to participate in the survey and hence, the prayer in the present petition is for his survey to be conducted and a CoV to be issued in his name.

On the other hand, Mr. Peechara, ld. Standing Counsel appearing for the NDMC submits that the survey in the said area has already concluded. 6. Heard. The Petitioner has admittedly not participated in the survey. The survey has already been completed in the said area in July, 2025. The NDMC is now in the process of constituting the Town Vending Committee-II. 7. At this stage, no fresh survey can be directed or be undertaken. If there is any future survey that is conducted, the Petitioner is at liberty to participate in the same, as per law.

No further orders are called for in this matter.

The present petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
