The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner, inter alia , seeking directions to Respondents for permitting him to vend peacefully at the vending site i.e., in front of Shop No. 22, Babu Market Chowk, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi and not cause any disturbances in his vending activities. 3. On 29th May, 2026, the Court had noted that the photographs of Petitioner’s vend have not been placed on record. Further, the Petitioner in W.P.(C) 7826/2026 was also claiming rights in respect of the same vending

Accordingly, on the said date, the Court had directed the Petitioner to clarify the aforesaid position.

According to ld. Counsel for the New Delhi Municipal Council, the Petitioner has been issued a provisional CoV. It is also stated that the Petitioner has to be a movable vendor.

It shall be ensured that there is no conflict is created between the Petitioner herein and Mr. Pawan Kumar Gautam who is the Petitioner in W.P.(C) 7826/2026 for the vending site, since they both have been issued separate provisional CoVs for the same site.
