It, however, is submitted that since there is a batch matter and on account of multiple parties, the applications of the petitioners are being taken for consideration. The Court finds that there is no application filed before the concerned NCLAT making such a request either for expeditious disposal of the pending applications or for keeping the applications out of the batch and to hear them seprately.
