This Petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the Indraprastha Gas Limited – Respondent No. 1 to provide Piped Natural Gas (“ PNG ”) connectivity to residents of Sector B-1, Tronica City, Ghaziabad, which is a residential sector.

Ordinarily, in absence of any such statutory right, we would not have entertained the Writ Petition, however, having regard to the present day need of PNG connectivity, we permit the Petitioners to represent this cause on behalf of the residents of the aforesaid residential sector of Tronica City,
