This writ petition seeks a direction to the Respondents to pass a speaking order, within a time-bound manner, on the representations submitted by the Petitioners dated 23^rd July, 2025.

The Petitioners submits that they were appointed as Staff Nurses in different health departments under Respondent No. 2 on a contractual basis on fixed remuneration. They have submitted representations dated 23^rd July, 2025 to the Chairman/Director of the Integrated District Health Society (North West), Government of NCT of Delhi, seeking pay parity, placing reliance on the judgment of this Court in Rajesh and Ors. v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Ors.¹
