Ms. Sharma, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Mr. Soni, learned senior counsel for the respondent, states that even though the prayers cannot be granted, but in order to meet the ends of justice and to give another chance to the petitioner, the standing appellate committee shall provide a fresh hearing to the petitioner, subject to the petitioner paying requisite fee and costs for the same.

Mr. Sharawat, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions states that the same is acceptable.

Consequently, the present petition is allowed.

The Standing Appellate Committee shall give a fresh hearing to the petitioner and will consider the documents and the material produced by the petitioner and pass a fresh speaking order on or before 30.04.2026.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
