This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:-

“a. Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order, directing the respondent no. 2 (NTA) to provide detail / verify the details of NEET UG score card/ marks of the petitioners ; and/or

b. Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the NBEMS (respondent no. 1) and NMC (respondent no. 3) to accept the candidature of the petitioners for the FMGE on the basis of UG score card/

The brie f facts of the case are that the petitio n ers are medical degree h o lders from foreign Universities and w a nt to appear for Foreign M edical Graduate Examination (“ FMGE ”), conducted by the N ational Board of Examinations in M edical Sciences (“ NBEMS ”). However, the Information Bu l letin issued by NBEMS for FMGE, requires mandatory sub m ission of NEET UG Scor e card and the petitioners are unable t o find or retrieve their NE E T-UG 2020, 2021, and 2023 Scorecar d s. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners states th a t the respondent No. 2, na m ely National Testing Agency (“NTA”) has furnished particulars of the petitioners as available in th e ir database, and the same c an be perused by this Court to issue d irections to treat this order as NEET UG Scorecards.

The resp o ndent No. 2, has filed a counter affi d avit mentioning relevant d etails and particulars of the petitioner s , which reads as under:-
