By aggrieving with the penalties, the Petitioner approached the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court by filing Writ-A No. 11132 of 2024, and Writ-A No. 15958 of 2024. The aforementioned Writ petitions are presently pending for adjudication before the Hon'ble High Court Allahabad. The present Writ Petition is being filed to apprise this Hon'ble Court for the pending Writ Petitions in connection with the APAR grading. It is humble request that this information may kindly be taken on record for reference in the present proceedings.”
