The petition is for the following reliefs:

“ a) Pass a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ/ direction/order quashing the communication/notice dated 07.08.2000 and subsequent communications whereby Respondent Nos. 1&2 have illegally and arbitrarily purported to determine the lease and re-enter upon the premises of the petitioner And/or;

b) Pass a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ/ Direction/Order directing Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 tocorrect the demand as raised by way of its communication dated 10.04.1999 as per the decisions/judgments of this Hon'ble Court dated 19.05.1998 in Civil Writ No. 1233 of 1972 and other connected Writs therewith and Judgment dated 23.01.2012 in Civil Writ No. 6742 of 2000 and other connected Writs therewith and/or;

c) Pass such other or further order as deemed fit and properin the facts and circumstances of the case .”
