“a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ or direction setting aside the Order reference number WD: IDC: Order: 0402:2023 dated 23 February 2024 passed by the Identification Committee of the Respondent Bank declaring the Petitioner/Borrower as well its Promoters/Directors as Wilful Defaulters, under the Wilful Defaulter Master Circular dated 1 July 2015; b) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ or direction directing the Respondent Bank to grant the Petitioner with opportunity of personal hearing before the Identification Committee of the Respondent Bank;...”
