At the outset, Mr. Sriharsha Peechara, ld. Standing Counsel for the NDMC has informed the Court that the Petitioner is related to two other Petitioners who have also filed writ petitions being W.P.(C) 3126/2026 titled ‘Akram Ali v. NDMC and Anr.’ and W.P.(C) 3144/2026 titled ‘Farman Ali
