ii. Pass an order or further orders that the Hon’ble Court may think fit and appropriate in the interest of justice. ”

“ 4. That in compliance of his application a calculation order sheet dated 24.02.2025 was prepared and ask the applicant to submit the original document for completing the process of stamping. However, till date neither applicant appear again before the SDM, Dwarka nor he has submitted that original agreement.
5. That in view of above, it is submitted that till the applicant has not submitted that original agreement till then the process of stamping will not be completed. Hence, it may be treated as Null and void. ”
