This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:

“i. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, direction or order calling for the records of the communication dated 22.09.2022 and thereafter quash and set aside the communication dated 22.09.2022;

ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction to the Respondent to accept payment of outstanding dues in terms of Tender for e-auction as detailed in Annexure-P3.;…”
