The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent/MCD to initiate action on the complaints filed by the petitioner on 10^th January, 2025 and 29^th May, 2025. The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the structure with shutter in front of the petitioner’s property bearing No. S-27, (Block-S, Plot no.27), (Adjoining Plot No. S-28) situated in Village Ghondli, Illaqa Shahdara, Delhi-110051 , which has been illegally constructed and also is an encroachment over public land.

Issue notice.

Notice is accepted on behalf of Mr. Shivam Sachdeva, counsel appearing on behalf of MCD, who submits that respondent/MCD will inspect the property and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
