The instant petition is for the following reliefs:-

“i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No. 1 to fix the fees of the Petitioner for her appointment and work as Local Commissioner in CS DJ No. 256/21 titled Sudhir Bansal versus Gagandeep & Ors.” pending before the Ld. District Judge, North West, Rohini Courts, Delhi in accordance with law and prevailing judicial practice;

ii. In the alternative, and without prejudice to the above, this Hon‟ble Court may itself be pleased to fix the Petitioner‟s fees at ₹6,000 per date for five dates, or such amount as this Hon‟ble Court deems fit, and direct payment thereof;
