This petition has been filed with the following prayers:

Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the DG BSF to release disability pension consisting of service element and disability in favour of the Petitioner Under CCS(EOP) Rules, rule 4(2)(b) and arrears with@12% from the date of invalidation i.e., 22.04.2024, IN THE LIGHT OF THE JUDGMENT DATED 06.11.2025, KALU RAM VS. UNION OF INDIA & ORS., W.P.(C) 4350/2025;

Our attention has been drawn to an order dated 21.01.2026 in Ravi Sangwan v. Union of India & Ors. in W.P. (C) 5770/2025. The learned counsel contend that on identical facts, the relief has been granted by the respondents in favour of the petitioner therein, Mr. Ravi Sangwan.
