The present writ petition has been filed seeking implementation of the award dated 10.11.2006 passed by Industrial Tribunal in ID no. 94/2003.

The petitioner has prayed that direction be issued to respondent no. 3 for issuance of a recovery certificate to the concerned Collector/SDM

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Award was assailed by the respondent vide W.P. (C) No. 3013/2007, which came to be disposed ofby this Court on 11.12.2025, whereby the Impugned Award was modified and the workman was held entitled to Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation.
