This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:-

“ a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus thereby directing the Respondent No.2 to forthwith cause inspection of the new premises of the petitioner institution and to decide the Petitioner’s pending application for shifting of premises dated – 12.09.2025, submitted for seeking permission for shifting of premises, in a time bound manner. …”
