- The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (“CPC”), with a prayer to file a personal bond without any surety bond as per judgment dated 7th August, 2015 passed by this Court, in the matter, i.e., TEST.CAS. 11/2011 titled as “ Rita Narang & Anr. Versus State & Ors.”.
