She states that the period of one (1) year for making the arbitral award in terms of Section 29A (1) of the Act of 1996 was to expire on 12.01.2025 and therefore, the parties mutually agreed for extension of the time for passing the arbitral award in terms of Section 29A (3) of the Act of 1996 by a period of six (6) months till 12.07.2025.
