Through the present Appeal, the Appellant assails the correctness of an order dated 14.11.2024 [hereinafter referred to as ‘Impugned Order’] passed by the Family Court in GP No. 695/2024 captioned Yatish Malik v. Chesta Ganotra . The Appellant herein is the father of a nearly five years’ old child, who is currently in the custody of the Respondent (mother).

The Family Court, while deciding the interim application, has permitted the Appellant to meet the minor child on every Saturday of the month between 03:00 PM to 04:00 PM in the Children Room, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

Learned counsel representing the Appellant submits that the Appellant should be permitted to meet the minor child in a natural environment, where the Appellant would be in a position to interact freely with the minor child and that the Court should also permit the
