(ii) By Impugned Order, the Court has also directed the Appellant to pay a sum of Rs.75,000/- per month as ad-interim maintenance to the Respondent for the welfare of minor child till the disposal of the Respondent’s application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 [“HMA”], which is admittedly pending adjudication before the learned Family Court.
(iii) Accordingly, the learned Family Court is requested to expeditiously decide the application filed by the Appellant.
