By way of the present application, the applicant/appellant no.A-1 (i)(b) seeks extension of time for the Local Commissioner to complete the sale of the suit property as directed by this Court vide judgment dated 25.08.2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant states, that in compliance of the last order, both the counsel for the respondents as well as the Local Commissioner, have been informed. He further statesthat learned counsel for the respondents has agreed that time for compliance of the judgment dated 25.08.2025 may be extended. Ms .ZebaKhair ,the learned Local Commissioner, who has joined the proceedings through VC, also states that the efforts made so far have not materialized and she also prays that the time for compliance may be extended.

In view of the aforesaid submissions of counsels for the parties, as well as the learned Local Commissioner, further time of six months is granted to
