2. Mr. Gaurav Kakar, counsel appearing on behalf of the decree holder, submits that, subject to the outcome of the SLP, the sum of Rs. 40 lakhs deposited by the judgment debtor with this Court be released in favour of the decree holder.

3. Binding the decree holder to the aforesaid statement, the Registry is directed to forthwith release the amount of Rs. 40 lakhs to the decree holder.

As per the Office Noting, it is noted that a pay order of Rs. 40 Lacs in favour of the decree holder, i.e., Vinod Rajoria, was released.

As per the Office Note, the remaining amount of Rs. 2,915/- is lying in FDR bearing no. 155303112078622 dated 04^th December, 2025. 5. Considering the fact that the decretal amount already stands released in favour of decree holder, it is directed that the remaining amount of Rs. 2,915/-, shall also be released to the decree holder.

The decree holder is directed to contact the Registry in this regard, and the Registry is directed to release the said amount in favour of the decree holder accordingly.
