There is only one appearance noted in the order dated 8th May, 2024, that too of a proxy counsel, on behalf of Respondent No. 2 (minor son of the Petitioner and Respondent No. 1), when the matter was taken up and fresh notice was directed to be issued to Respondent No. 1. In light of the foregoing, in absence of any communication or instructions being received by Counsel for the Petitioner, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
