By the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the summoning order dated 14.08.2025 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, New Delhi in CBI/81/2024 to the limited extent that the petitioners have been summoned to join the proceedings.

The petitioners are essentially aggrieved that despite the fact that the learned Trial Court had not issued any summons to the petitioners by order dated 14.08.2025, they have still received printed summons from the Ahlmad of the Court.

The learned Trial Court by the order dated 14.08.2025 had issued summons to the accused persons for the offence for which
