The learned proxy counsel for the petitioner requests for an adjournment on the ground that the main counsel is not available.

The learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the present petition has become infructuous since the investigation is complete and the final report has also been filed before the learned Trial Court and both the petitioners have been kept in Column No. 12.

Considering that the Police after investigation, has not found any evidence against the petitioners and has filed a final report which is pending consideration, this Court does not
