“In the facts and circumstances of the case above-described, it is, respectfully prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue of proper Standard Operating Procedure for further investigation in FIR No. 03/2024 dated 03.01.2024 U/s 406/420/467/468/471/120B IPC & Section 66-C of the Information Technology Act, 2000 registered as Police Station - Special Cell, IFSO, Dwarka, Delhi enabling effective trace of deposited amounts and withdrawn amounts by arrested persons besides issue of further writ / order or direction enabling release of lien amount to victim in a simpler and unhindered manner and to pass such further order considered expedient in the circumstances
