1. Present Petitions have been disposed of vide order dated 22.11.2024. On the Application for restoration of the accompanying Petition and on submissions made on behalf of the Petitioners, since the Petitioner has expired, Petition is not intended to be continued.

However, an Application was filed subsequently, wherein, learned counsel for the Petitioners stated that legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner intend to continue the Petitions and the same be restored. The Application was allowed subject to cost of Rs.50,000/- to be deposited in the Delhi High Court Advocates’ Welfare Trust, out of which Rs.25,000/- be paid to the Respondents.

3. However, as of now, none is present on behalf of the Petitioners today nor there is any proof of costs having been deposited/paid.

4. Therefore the restoration order was subject to deposit of costs, which has not been done, consequently the Petitions are disposed of. Furthermore, no Application has been filed till date for substitution of LRs of the Petitioners.

5. It is clearly evident that Petitioners or their legal heirs are not inclined to continue the Petitions, which are hereby disposed of.
