CC Nl ACT/ 6059/ 2022 titled as "Akshay Jain v. Kapil Garg and Shalini Garg'' and all its consequent proceedings arising therefrom qua the Petitioner;

b. pass any other order(s)/direction(s) which this Hon'ble Court deems fits and proper in the light of the facts and circumstances of this case, in the interest of justice.”
