order, or direction, thereby directing the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to strictly comply with guidelines laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Nipun Saxena v. Union of India[(2019) 2 SCC 703] and other guidelines, and to ensure that identity of the petitioner, being a victim of sexual offences, is not disclosed or circulated in any manner whatsoever, and further, to refrain from making defamatory inquiries or statements that could harm dignity and reputation of the petitioner; C. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, thereby directing the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to provide adequate protection to the petitioner and her family, including physical security and protection of her life, liberty, and dignity, in view of the continuous harassment, intimidation.
D. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under circumstances of the case may kindly be also passed in favour of petitioner and against respondents, in the interest of justice.
