The present appeal has been filed by the Appellant – Devender @ Lala under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, against the impugned Judgment dated 20^th July, 2009 and the impugned Order on Sentence dated 23^rd July, 2009, passed by the court of District JudgeVll/NORTH-EAST-CUM-ASJ, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in Session Case bearing No. 23/2009 arising out of FIR bearing No. 09/2008, registered under Sections 363/366/376 IPC.

The Appellant was convicted and sentenced under Sections 363/366/376 IPC. It is submitted by the Appellant that he was released from the jail, after completing the sentence awarded to him. The same was also affirmed by the learned APP for the State.

The Appellant has been identified by SI Sneh, PS – Gokalpuri. The Appellant has submitted that he is not pressing his appeal. After questioning
