P. (C) no. 11316 of 2017 and judgment dated 2nd March, 2023 in Review Petition No. 535 of 2019 in W.P.(C) No. 11316 of 2017. And
b. Further ensure that the directions of this Hon'ble High Court in W. P. (C) No. 11316 of 2017 dated 5th November, 2019 and in Review Petition No. 535 of 2019 in W.P.(C) No. 11316 of 2017 dated 2nd March, 2023 be complied with in its true letter and spirit. And
c. Direct the contemnors to pay cost of the extended litigation caused due to not compliance of the judgment dated 5th November, 2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP (C) no. 11316 of 2017 and judgment dated 2nd March, 2023 in Review Petition No. 535 of 2019 in W.P.(C) No.
