Mr. Tushar Sannu, counsel for respondent states that orders have been complied with, in that, the possession of land measuring 1600 sq. mtrs. has been allotted for construction of Senior Secondary School at Idgah, Paharganj, Delhi and has been handed over to Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi by order dated 25^th August 2023, free of any encroachments.

Office File has also been shown to the Court, including the Status Report dated 16^th February 2023. The details of the process relating to the allotment has been narrated in the said Status Report. The allotment of 1600 sq. mtrs by DDA was done on 18^th December 2018.

Thereafter, a request was made to the DDA to provide a land

measuring minimum of 4000 sq. mtrs. The DDA responded that the allotment of land measuring 4000 sq. mtrs. is not available.

The matter was pursued thereafter and it is stated by the Officer instructing the counsel, that the issue relating to the land measuring 4000 sq. mtrs. was placed through an application before the Division Bench, which was allowed by the Division Bench, by order dated 14^th March 2023.

Counsel for petitioner had also accepted the 1600 sq.mtrs. of land for the construction of Senior Secondary School. The order dated 27^th August 2018 was accordingly modified by order dated 14^th March 2023.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of, as the orders have been complied with.
