Learned counsel for respondent/SBI asserts that no case of contempt is made against SBI and it is not a necessary party herein.

Learned counsel for respondent, however, informs that nothing further survives as the representation of the petitioner, which was dated 16.09.2024, has already been decided by them on 13.02.2025. A copy thereof has also been shown during the arguments.

As per the directions of the Court, a complete set of the same has been supplied to Mr. Bhargava who submits that, in view of the above, but without prejudice to his rights and contentions, the petitioner does not press his present contempt petition.
