Learned counsel for the Respondents has placed on record an order dated 01.01.2025, whereby the appointment of the Petitioners has been considered under the OCS (RA) Rules, 1990, subject to the submission of requisite documents in the prescribed format. It is further stated that an order dated 15.02.2025 has subsequently been passed, appointing the Petitioner temporarily against the vacant post of Watchman (Group-D) under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme, in the Pay Scale of Rs. 16600-52400/- (Level-1) of the Pay Matrix under ORSP Rules, 2017, and dearness allowance as admissible from time to time.
