Pursuant to notice issued on 14.02.2025, the State has handedup Status Report dated 17.02.2025. Appended to the status report are certain medical prescriptions and documents verifying the condition of the petitioner’s 13-year-old son, who is stated to be admitted in Cribs Hospital, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi.

The status report encloses a certificate issued by the attending doctor at Cribs Hospital, which narrates that the petitioner’s 13-year-old son was admitted to that hospital on 11.02.2025 with various complaints and that he is presently being treated in the hospital with injectable

In view of the above, the Investigating Officer is directed to obtain a written confirmation from the attending doctor at Cribs Hospital, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi as to the tentative period for which the petitioner’s son is required to remain admitted in the hospital.

Let an additional status report to that effect be filed before the next date; with copy to the opposing counsel.

Re-notify on 25^th February 2025.

In the meantime, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 15.01.2025 shall stand extended, till the next date of hearing.
