The e-FIR was registered on the complaint of the registered owner of the said car, alleging that the same was stolen from the front of the House No.A99, New Delhi ( sic. ) between 11:00pm and 09:00 am on 11.08.2024. In the course of investigation, on the basis of secret information, the investigating team zeroed down on the accused/applicant and apprehended him, after which at his instance, the stolen car was recovered.
