After part submission submissions, Mr. N.R.Swetabh, learned counsel who appears for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application seeking liberty to file fresh application after examination of the material witnesses.
The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
However, the trial court is requested to make best possible endeavour to examine material witnesses as expeditiously as possible.
