By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks to assail the order dated 20.12.2023 and seeks directions to respondent No.1 to restore the claim application bearing MWA No.652/2022 & 657/2022 filed under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that though after filing of the claim application, the petitioners had appeared on initial dates, however, could not appear later on for the reasons stated in the
