The present petition has been filed inter alia seeking directions to respondents for permitting petitioner to participate in the survey, which is conducted by the respondent New Delhi Municipal Corporation (‘ NDMC’ ). 2. Brief background of the case has already been recorded in order dated 22^nd May 2025 and paragraph 5 of the same notes that there was a dispute between family members of petitioner, which has already been settled. The documents relating to same have been filed and placed on record of the Court.

Counsel for NDMC states that he has not received a copy of the same.

Nevertheless, this petition can be disposed of in view of the fact that representation was made by petitioner on 25^th April 2025, prior to

The decision on the said representation may be communicated within four weeks to the counsel for petitioner.
