This is an application filed by the Petitioner/Applicant seeking relief in terms of the judgment dated 9^th April, 2025 passed by this Court.

By the said judgment dated 9th April, 2025, the gold articles of the Petitioner/Applicant which were detained by the Respondent- Customs Department were directed to be released within a period of one week. The grievance of the Petitioner/Applicant is that the same has not been released. 4. Mr.Harpreet Singh, ld. Counsel for the Respondent-Department submits that an e-mail has now been written to the counsel for the Petitioner/Applicant stating that the Petitioner/Applicant may visit the Customs warehouse at any time and the judgment dated 9th April, 2025,

It is made clear that only 50% of the warehouse charges can be charged and the same shall be calculated uptil the date of the judgment i.e. till 9^th April, 2025 only.

Accordingly, it is directed that the goods be released latest by 22^nd May, 2025 after verifying the credentials of the Petitioner/Applicant or the Authorized Representative of the Petitioner/Applicant within two weeks. If the said directions are not complied with, the Petitioner is free to mention the matter before this Court.
