% 09.09.2025 1. Pursuant to our Order dated 27.03.2019, the petitioners have filed an affidavit dated 07.09.2024 wherein, it is, inter alia , stated as
under:-
“11. That from the above it is clear that average consumption of the Respondent of the premises in dispute is Rs. 3444/- per month and @Rs. 3000 per month what was being charged was Rs. 6,79,000/-. As per the first order dated 27.03.2019 the notice was issued for payment of 50% of the demanded amount. Therefore, the Respondent should decide whether he would like to pay 50% of the demanded amount immediately or as per his own actual consumption bills average Rs. 3444/- per month which will be much more than what has been mentioned in the order of 27.03.2019.”
