This application has been filed to bring on record the terms of settlement dated 25.11.2025 between the parties.

Petitioner No. 3 and the respondent are husband and wife. The Settlement Agreement shows that there are various litigations pending between them. They have inter alia agreed to dissolve their marriage by mutual consent, and petitioner No. 3 has agreed to pay the respondent a lump sum amount of Rs.1,00,00,000/-.

Learned counsel for the parties confirm the terms of settlement. The application states that the parties undertake to remain bound by the terms. It is accompanied by affidavits of all four parties. The undertaking is, therefore, taken on record.

petition would be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement, and at that time, petitioner No.3 would pay a sum of Rs. 19,50,000/- to the respondent. Three demand drafts, amounting to Rs. 19,50,000/- in total, have been handed over to Mr. Abhishek Chabra, learned counsel for the respondent. The respondent is also present in person in Court.

For the aforesaid reasons, application is allowed, and the petition, alongwith any pending applications, is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement.

The next date of hearing, i.e. 19.12.2025, stands cancelled.
