1. The present petition seeks following reliefs:
“1. Direct the respondents to de-seal the property/flat of the petitioner bearing no. Flat No. 06, Third Floor, Plot No. D1-3/5, Palam Kunj, Palam Extension, Sector-07, Dwarka, New Delhi-110077 which was sealed by DRI officials vide summon Book No. 167, Serial No. 8317, and Panchnama dated 02.09.2022
2. Direct the respondent no. 2 to pay a compensation amounting of Rs. 4,35,000/- (Rs. 15,000/- X 29 months) as a loss of rental income from the date of sealing of the property/flat till date and onwards.”
